If you’re in the mood for a fun, laugh-out-loud Shifter Romance full of all the puppies and fated love you could ever ask for, then Operation: Wolf Rescue is your perfect escape.  Pearl, Cassidy, Cody, and a bunch of wolf-hybrid puppies begin the Animal Rescue Shifters series with a story that will melt into your heart and leave a smile on your face long after the final page is closed.

Everything you’d want to know, story-wise, can be found in the cover description.  What you won’t find there are the emotions that will roll over you as Cassidy searches for his lost nephew, a wolf shifter toddler who is exploring far beyond his family’s territory, and somehow got himself caught up in a rescue of wolf-hybrid puppies headed for a special rescue shelter.  In his 40s, Cassidy has almost given up on finding his fated mate; at least it isn’t constantly on his mind.  He has other things to tend to in his life, including his work with other shifters.  The last thing or person he’d ever have expected while searching for Cody was his mate… a mate who has no idea that one of those wolf-hybrid puppies she’s transporting to the shelter and caring for is a wolf shifter, and his nephew.  Pearl’s acceptance of this stranger’s help and the comforting feeling surrounding him should have surprised her, yet, while she’s cautious, she’s also attracted to Cassidy… and there’s about to be a lot to wrap her head around, let alone allow into her heart.

I had a blast with Operation: Wolf Rescue.  It’s well-written, full of emotions, laugh-out-loud moments, adorable puppies, and a love well worth waiting for.  Enjoy the puppy shenanigans, stay for the emotional, satisfying romance.  If you love a good Shifter Romance full of laughter, tenderness, fated mates, and a strong love, then you’d enjoy Pearl and Cassidy’s story.
