Bear Mine For Christmas is in many ways, and for many characters a second chance love story.  When Madison returned home after years in the big city she never really expected to find love again.  Her marriage was over and all she was thinking about was making a new life back in her small home town.  Her sister, Karen along with her young daughters and her mother, Elsbeth were celebrating together for the first time in years.

In the small community of Misty Hollow, bear shifters were not uncommon.  Shifter and humans went to school together, lived in the small town with little troubles.  Yet with the modern conveniences of today the bear shifters have stayed on the mountain.  More out of sight of the main lights of cell phones with cameras that might give away their existence to the rest of the world.  But Brock and his family still ran the Christmas tree farm and it is there that two former crushes met as adults once again.

During the annual Christmas Parade, Karen’s oldest daughter went off unwisely to the mountains with friends – what they didn’t know was a blizzard was heading their way.  Just as Madison and Brock are beginning to get reacquainted again the search is on for several foolish, wayward teens.  Brock and his family will search the dangerous conditions for the young humans – all the while keeping their bear shifter identities hidden.

Bear Mine For Christmas brings together several generations of two families – and  no adult will be left behind in the romance experience.  While this is Brock and Madison’s romance, there are plenty of sparks left over for Elsbeth and Grayson, as well as Karen and Riley.  I simply loved all of the families getting exactly what they needed  most for Christmas – love to last a lifetime.

This is a lighthearted, sexy, fun romance that you should check out – ‘cos shifters, second chances, Christmas and love… what’s not to love about that?
