Wolf Mate’s Forbidden Fire begins the Esoterra Shifters World series with the prohibited relationship between a human researcher, Aurora, and Omer, alpha of the Moonridge wolf pack.  By the ancient laws of Omer’s pack, shifters and humans will never, ever mate… until they do with explosive results.

I love getting started on a new series, new adventures, and new characters to fall for.  Aurora and Omer are the first couple in this series to fight tradition and acknowledge their bond, and I can’t wait to discover more about this world.

They come together like a perfect storm.  She doesn’t know about shifters.  He’s drawn to Aurora yet knows that anything between them goes against pack rules.  His pack is facing war with an enemy who would use the woman Omer has claimed to destroy them all.

Wolf Mate’s Forbidden Fire by Amelia Wilson is well-written, passionate, and filled with not only danger, but the realization that everyone is not always what they seem to be at first glance.  I enjoyed their banter, their interactions as the bond between them grew stronger.  If you love an intriguing, sizzling shifter romance with characters you can’t help but root for, and love to get started in a brand new shifter world, then you’d feel right at home with Aurora and Omer.
