The Cowboy’s Single Mom is the eleventh title in the Corvid Valley Cowboys Romance series, and, once again, shows that a story doesn’t have to be hundreds of pages long to deliver an enchanting, emotional story in a quick reading experience.

This time, we meet Dawn, a single, hard-working mom who makes a cringe-worthy assumption about a huge donor to the Single Parent Foundation.  Judging a man based only on his visible neck tattoos, believing him to be an inmate working on a work release program, probably can go down in the books as one of the most horribly judgmental first impressions in history.  Is it really any wonder that Miguel simply stormed off before he said things he’d soon regret?

Miguel definitely gives off bad boy vibes, yet he’s also left that persona fall off into his history, or he’s trying very hard not to be the man he once was; it’s not always easy.  In his youth, he’s made some questionable decisions.  They’ve also made him the trustworthy, hard-working man he is today.

I adored how Miguel interacted with Dawn’s daughter, Tessa.  One little girl will break through walls and allow his softer, indulgent side to be known.  Watching Miguel and Dawn go past that first meeting, to lean into the attraction they both felt, was a satisfying, emotional journey.

If you’re looking for a tender and sizzling Shifter Romance that’s well-written and full of all the feels you could possibly be searching for, then The Cowboy’s Single Mom by Kat Vroman is perfect for you.  Easily read on a lunch break or some downtime, this one will quickly capture your attention and your heart.
