REVENGE is a quick read that packs a powerful punch and combines worlds, in a way, that kept me engaged throughout Axel and Penny’s story. It’s so easy to allow the need for revenge to overtake a life, to consume almost every thought, every action or at least it’s seemed that way for Axel. He’s been constantly on the move searching for revenge, redemption… he’s not even certain anymore. The need to be on the move stops in one small town where his destiny awaits – and more danger than he expected.
Penny is on a mission to destroy the thing that killed her brother. She’s on her own path of revenge, completely alone in this fight until she encounters Axel in a dark alley as she fights off her enemy and tells him how to destroy what should not exist. Now two unlikely partners will have their hands full trying to stay ahead of enemies, destroy a killer and try to stay alive long enough to enjoy discovering their life together. It’s not going to be easy, but revenge or redemption never are easy paths to take for anyone let alone a wolf shifter and a raven shifter.
REVENGE is a unique story that blends worlds in a way that works. Full of danger, sexy sizzle, and unusual discoveries Penny and Axel will battle not only their enemies but also themselves as they fight the pull they have toward each other – at least for the moment. It’s an intense story, and I enjoyed every moment spent in these worlds once again. If you enjoy Paranormal Romance or Shifter Romance then I believe you’ll find this one fascinating.
