‘Fake Date Mate’ is a quick, fun romance that proves that love or your mate can be found when you least expect it — even on a blind, fake date.

I had fun with Rory who after years of waiting finally finds his mate in a most unusual situation and Danni who after being cheated and played by the man she loved vows to never, ever give her heart again.  Watching Rory slowly winning over Danni was a delightful journey.

While I rarely mention additions I would have loved to see in a story – for it wasn’t my story to write – I really wish we had been witness to Brice getting exactly what he so richly deserved.  Yeah, it’s implied but I guess I’m just a revenge-minded reader when someone pulls that kinda crap.

I like the idea of quick, fun romances that can be picked up and read whenever, so I’m definitely going to be keeping an eye out for the next story in ‘The Single Shift’ series.  If you love Shifter Romance then check this one out, I’m betting you’ll have a very good time.
